Our carers are fully trained in assisting with personal care and continence care. We understand that having assistance with personal tasks can be daunting. But with our approach of putting privacy and dignity at the forefront of our care, we can assist you with these tasks while still giving you the privacy you deserve.

Long and Short term care

At Handle With Care we offer short and long term care. You may need care for a short period of time while you recover from an injury/ surgery. We can provide a quick personal assessment, tailored to you, to start assisting you as quickly as is needed. Many people are hesitant about asking for help, but it's ok to need a little assistance to get back to yourself, and we are on hand to help you achieve this.

Our long term care packages are also available if you are in need of assistance on a daily basis. We have a committed team of carers that enable us to provide care everyday of the year. If you or a family member are in need of assistance, whether it be short or long term care, contact us or request a call back from one of our dedicated office staff members.

What is personal care?

Personal care covers a wide spectrum of tasks. This can include washing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, monitoring skin integrity,ect.

We also take into account if you have a health condition or disability. We understand tasks like these can be a struggle and very stressful to navigate around. Our carers are fully trained in providing you care tailored to you and your conditions or disabilities.

What is continence care?

Continence care relates to helping an individual achieve and maintain control over their bladder and bowel function. This can include: catheter care, convene care, incontinence pad maintenance, stoma bag care, ect.

We can help with continence care in small amounts, or everyday. Handle With Care is open 24hrs a day, everyday of the year. So you let us know what you need assistance with and we are on hand to help.
